- We take quality seriously. Our Korintje cinnamon sticks are sourced in Indonesia, harvested from the inner bark of evergreen trees. As the bark dries, it is rolled into feathers, which you know as cinnamon sticks. Feathers are sorted by size, color and quality, so only AA grade feathers go into our bottles.
