Toast with Cream Cheese and Avocado (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • Bread
  • Cucumber
  • Avocado
  • Lemon
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Peperoncini
  • Dill

Special Cream Cheese

  • Cream Cheese
  • Purple Onion
  • Gherkins
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. For the Special Cream Cheese in a bowl add Cream Cheese, Purple Onion, Gherkin, Salt, Pepper, Lemon and mix.
  2. Chop Avocado in thin slices.
  3. In a Non-Stick Frying Pan toast the Bread with Olive Oil on both sides.
  4. To assemble, spread the Special Cream Cheese on the Bread.
  5. Add Cucumber slices.
  6. Place the Avocado.
  7. Finish with Salt, Pepper, Peperoncini, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil and Dill.
