Avocado Cake (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Avocados
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 Cups Wheat Flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • ¾ Cup Non-dairy Milk
  • 1 Lemon (Juice)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a Blender place Avocado, Eggs, Sugar, Lemon, Milk and beat.
  2. In a Bowl mix Wheat Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt.
  3. Add the mixture from the blender and incorporate with a Spatula.
  4. Pour into a Mold with Waxed Paper and bake at 350°F or 180°C for 1 Hour and 15 Minutes.
