Beef Tartare (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • 150gr New York Strip
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Taps Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Shalot or Red Onion
  • 1 Tsp Cornichons or Pickles
  • 1 Tsp Capers
  • 1 tsp Chinese Chives
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 Egg Yolk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. For the sauce, mix in a Bol Mayonnaise, Mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Salt and Pepper
  2. Add Shalot, Pickles, Capers, Chinese Chives and parsley well Chopped.
  3. Cut the Raw Meat into small pieces.
  4. Add it to the previously made sauce.
  5. With the help of a Circular Mold assemble the tartare.
  6. Add the Egg Yolk, Salt and decorate with Chinese Chives.
