Beef Stroganoff (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 120gr Mushrooms
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 450gr. New York Strip Beef
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • ½ Tsp Thyme
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika
  • 2-3 Tbsp Wheat Flour
  • ½ Cup of White Wine
  • 3 Cups Meat Broth
  • ½ Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream
  • 250g long pasta
  • Fresh parsley to taste
  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Season the Meat previously Sliced with Salt and Pepper.
    2. In a Steel Frying Pan with Olive Oil, fry the Meat and set aside.
    3. In the same pan add Butter, Onion, Mushrooms, Salt, Pepper and fry.
    4. Once cooked, add Garlic, Thyme, Paprika, Wheat Flour and cook for 1 minute.
    5. Deglaze with White Wine and reduce.
    6. Add Chicken Stock and cook until thickened.
    7. Stir in Sour Cream, Mustard and mix.
    8. Add the Meat, Pasta and mix.
    9. Finish with Chopped Parsley.
