Sopa Toscana (Receta)

INGREDIENTES

  • 2 Chorizos Italianos
  • 3 Cdas Aceite de Oliva
  • 1 Cebolla
  • 3 Zanahorias
  • 3 Celery
  • 2 Dientes de Ajo
  • Sal y Pimienta al gusto
  • Kale Toscano
  • 3 Litros Caldo de Pollo
  • Pasta corta

INSTRUCCIONES

  1. Retira la piel del Chorizo y sofríe en una Olla con Aceite de Oliva.
  2. Agrega Cebolla, Zanahoria, Celery, Ajo, Sal, Pimienta, Kale y sofríe.
  3. Agrega el Caldo de Pollo y cocina por 45 - 60 minutos.
  4. Sirve con Pasta cocida y disfruta.
