Meat Sandwich (Recipe)
- Res Skirt
- Sliced Bread
- Cherry Tomato
- Jalapeno (Optional)
- Olive Oil
- Sherry Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper
- Toast the bread with a little olive oil.
- Combine Mayonnaise and Mustard.
- Season the meat with salt and pepper and cook to the point of your preference.
- In a pan with olive oil, sauté the onion, jalapeños, garlic, tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
- Deglaze with the vinegar and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Assemble the sandwich and enjoy.
