Grilled Pineapple Salsa (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Yellow Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Vinegar
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic (small)
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop and place the pineapple, onion and paprika on a tray.
  2. Add oil, salt, cayenne pepper and stir.
  3. Bake at 450°F or 230°C for 40-45 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and add it to the blender with vinegar, salt, garlic and lemon and blend for 5 minutes.
