Garlic Sauce (Recipe)
- 1 Egg
- 1 Yolk
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 to 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil or Canola
- ½ Cup Herbs (Parsley, Oregano or Basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Blend all ingredients using an Immersion Blender (hand) and serve.
TIP: If you only have a regular blender, then replace the Egg, Yolk, Mustard and Oil with 1½ Cups of Mayonnaise.
