Rongarita (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

    4 Parts Ron
  • 4 Parts Triple Sec
  • 5 parts frozen passion fruit pulp
  • 1 Part Lemon Juice
  • 1 Part Agave
  • Lots of Ice
  • Tajin

INSTRUCTIONS

    Liquefy Rum, Triple Sec, Passion Fruit Pulp (Parchita), Lemon Juice, Agave and Ice.
  1. Using a Glass Rimmer moisten the rim of the glass with Lemon and wipe it over the Tajin.
  2. Serve in a Margarita Glass and garnish with a slice of Lemon.
