2 Cdas Aceite de Oliva
3 Salchicha Italianas Picantes
3 Dientes de Ajo
Sal y Pimienta al gusto
½ Taza Vino Blanco
½ Taza Crema de Leche
1 ½ Taza Tomate en Salsa
¼ Taza Agua de la Pasta
Rigatoni
¼ Taza Queso Parmesano
½ Taza Guisantes
Perejil al gusto para decorar
INSTRUCCIONES
Retira la piel de la salchicha.
En un
Sartén
agrega aceite y sofríe la salchicha.
Agrega Ajo picado, Sal y Pimienta.
Coloca el vino blanco y reduce.
Agrega Tomate en Salsa y deja hervir.
Coloca Pasta y Agua de la pasta.
Incorpora Queso parmesano, guisantes y deja espesar.
Sirve con un poco más de Queso y Perejil fresco.
