Bread and Chocolate Pudding (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • 400gr Old Bread
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 1 Black Beer (12oz /331ml)
  • 2 Cups Cream of Milk
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a Bowl mix Eggs and Sugar.
  2. Add Vanilla, Beer, Cream and mix.
  3. Cut the Bread into squares.
  4. Add Bread and Chocolate Chips to the previously made mixture. Soak for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve in Muffin Pans with Wax Paper and bake at 350°F or 180°C for 45 -55 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle icing sugar and enjoy.
