Spicy Carrot (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 Carrots
  • 1½ Onions
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 3 Habaneros or Hot Peppers
  • ⅓ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lemon
  • ½ Cup of Golden Raisins
  • 1-2 Cups of Water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a Baking Tray, chop the Carrot and Onion, add Olive Oil and Salt, bake at 400° F (200° C) or until golden.
  2. In the blender add all the ingredients and blend.
  3. Serves in a Sauce Dispenser.

TIP: If the sauce is too thick, add more water until you get the desired consistency.
