Pasta with Tuna (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ kilo of Pasta
  • 3 Cans of Tuna
  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 3 Celery Twigs
  • 2 Carrots
  • ½ Cup Chives
  • ½ Lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook the Pasta.
  2. In a bowl place Pasta and Tuna.
  3. Chop Carrot, Celery, Chives and add to the bowl.
  4. Includes canned corn, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, mustard and lemon.
  5. Mix very well and serve.

TIP: I put the carrot raw because I like the texture it gives it, but if you prefer you can whiten it by passing it for a few minutes in hot water before incorporating it.
