Pasta with Tuna (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ kilo of Pasta
  • 3 Cans of Tuna
  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 3 Celery Twigs
  • 2 Carrots
  • ½ Cup Chives
  • ½ Lemon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook the Pasta.
  2. In a bowl place Pasta and Tuna.
  3. Chop Carrot, Celery, Chives and add to the bowl.
  4. Incorporates canned corn, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, mustard and lemon.
  5. Mix well and serve.

TIP: I put the carrot raw because I like the texture it gives it, but if you prefer you can blanch it by running it under hot water for a few minutes before adding it.
