Antipasto Pasta (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

For the Pasta

  • 220g Pasta
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Purple Onion
  • Yellow Paprika
  • Black Olives
  • Blanched Broccoli
  • Sausage
  • White Cheese
  • Italian Dressing
  • For the Italian Dressing

  • 1 Lemon
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • ½ Tsp Chile Flakes
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • Yellow Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Cook the Pasta al dente.
    2. In a Bowl place Pasta.
    3. Chop Cherry tomatoes, onion, paprika, black olives and add.
    4. Incorporate the blanched broccoli
    5. Add Chopped Sausage and White Cheese.
    6. For the Dressing in a Mixer combine all the ingredients, beat very well and incorporate into the pasta.
    7. Mix everything together and serve.

    TIP: To blanch broccoli, add it to a pot of boiling water for 90 seconds. Take out and immerse in cold water.
