Pasta alla Burrata (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • 200gr Spaghetti
  • 400gr Cherry Tomatoes
  • 200gr Burrata Cheese
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Cup of Pasta Water

Green Parmesan:

  • 100g Parmesan Cheese
  • 20g Fresh Basil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a Steel Skillet add Olive Oil, Garlic, Tomatoes and Salt. Sauté for 10-12 minutes.
  2. With the help of a Hand Blender blend the sauce with the Burrata.
  3. Place the sauce in the pan, add pasta, pasta water and mix.
  4. For Green Parmesan in a Food Processor add Basil and diced Parmesan.
  5. Serve the Pasta and finish with the Green Parmesan.
