Aglio e Olio Pasta (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • Spaghetti
  • ½ Cup of Olive Oil
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves
  • ¼ Cup Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Pepperoncino
  • ½ Cup Pasta Water
  • Parmesan cheese to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a pan add Olive Oil, Laminated Garlic, Pepperoncino and sofrie.
  2. Prepare the Spaghettis.
  3. Separate and add a spoon of water from the Spaghettis for the stir-fry and then add the spaghettis incorporate and add the parsley cut and mix.
  4. Serve and add Parmesan to taste.
