Aglio e Olio Pasta (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • Spaghetti
  • ½ Cup Olive Oil
  • 3-4 Cloves of Garlic
  • ¼ Cup Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Pepperoncino
  • ½ Cup Pasta Water
  • Parmesan cheese to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a pan add Olive Oil, Laminated Garlic, Pepperoncino and fry.
  2. Prepare the Spaghetti.
  3. Separate and add a ladle of water from the Spaghettis for the sauce and then add the spaghettis, incorporate and add chopped parsley and mix.
  4. Serve and add Parmesan to taste.
