Tumaca Bread (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • Sourdough Bread
  • Tomatoes
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic
  • Serrano Ham

INSTRUCTIONS

    Grate the Tomato and remove the excess water with a Strainer.
  1. In a Glass Bowl add the Tomato, Olive Oil and Salt.
  2. In a Frying pan Brown the bread with Butter.
  3. Rub the bread with a clove of garlic, add the Tomato, Salt and Pepper to taste.
  4. Finish with a slice of Serrano Ham.
