It's not Choripan (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • Bread
  • Sausage
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Dried Oregano
  • Pepperoncino
  • Chimichurri

For the Chimichurri

  • 1 Bunch of Parsley
  • 2 Tbsp Dry Oregano
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Red Vinegar
  • 1 Cup of Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the Bread in half and remove the dough.
  2. Add Olive Oil, Oregano, Pepperoncino and Cheese.
  3. With the help of a Knife remove the skin from the Chorizo, flatten it with your hands and place it on the Bread.
  4. Take to a Grill Pan and cook on both sides.
  5. Serve with Chimichurri and enjoy.
