Milanese with Ham and Cheese (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS
  • New York Strip
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Ham
  • Mozzarella Cheese
Breaded
  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 2 Beaten Eggs
  • 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Chop the New York Strip in half.
  2. With a Meat Tenderizer pound the meat until it is flattened.
  3. Add Salt and Pepper.
  4. In half of the meat place Mozzarella Cheese and Ham, sear the meat.
  5. Go through Wheat Flour, Egg and Breadcrumbs.
  6. In a Steel Skillet fry at 350°F or 180°C for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
