Aji Dulce Jam (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • 500gr Sweet Chilli
  • ½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Cup White Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop the Chilies in a Food Processor.
  2. In a Cast Iron Pot add the processed Aji, Sugar, Vinegar and stir until everything is integrated.
  3. Cook over low heat for 1 hour or until reduced by a third.
