Homemade Butter (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Liter of Milk Cream
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Whip the Cream of Milk until it separates (8-11 minutes).
  1. Drain the Butter using a Cheese Cloth.
  2. In a bowl with water rinse the butter, repeat until the water is clear.
  3. Drain the water and add the salt.
  4. Refrigerate.

You get 400g - 450g of Butter and it lasts up to 1 month.
