Mac and Cheese (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • 170gr Pasta
  • 1 ¼ Cup Cold Water
  • Salt to taste
  • ¾ Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 140gr Cheddar Cheese
  • 28gr Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • Pinch Paprika
  • Pinch Cayenne

To Gratin

  • Breadcrumbs
  • 40gr Cheddar Cheese
  • 10gr Parmesan Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a pan add the water, pasta, salt and cook until 1 minute before al dente.
  2. Add the evaporated milk, bring to a boil and turn off.
  3. Add the cheeses, mustard and spices.
  4. Place in a gratin dish, cover with the cheeses, breadcrumbs and gratin.
