Guasacaca (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ Onion
  • 1 Green Paprika
  • 1 Sweet Pepper
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Cup Cilantro
  • 1 Cup Parsley
  • 1 Lemon
  • ¼ Cup White Vinegar
  • ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Blend all the ingredients until they form a homogeneous mixture and serve in your favorite container.
