Pabellón Operated Empanada (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

To Arm:

  • Sliced ​​Beef Empanadas
  • Fucks
  • Fried Plantain
  • White Cheese
  • Garlic Sauce

For the Beans:

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • ¼ Red Paprika
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Cumin
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop and softie for 5 minutes in a Anti-stick Frying Pan Onion, Paprika and Garlic with a little Oil.
  2. Add Salt, Sugar and Cumin.
  3. Add Black Beans and reduce for 5 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat, add the Cilantro and set aside.
