Beat the egg, add a bit of the melted cheese mixture, beat again and add to the pan with the melted cheese.
Cook for 2-3 minutes over medium low heat.
Serve in a Glass Container and refrigerate for 8 hours to obtain consistency.
For the Little Devil
Chop the ham and place it in a Food Processor along with onion, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, paprika, white pepper, salt and process until desired consistency.
