Diablito and Cheez Whiz (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

For the CheezWhiz

  • 250g Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Egg

For the Little Devil

  • 300gr Ham
  • ¼ White Onion
  • 3 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika (Red Pepper)
  • ¼ tsp White Pepper
  • Salt to taste

    INSTRUCTIONS

    For the CheezWhiz

    1. In a Steel Skillet place Evaporated Milk, Grated Cheddar Cheese and melt.
    2. Beat the egg, add a bit of the melted cheese mixture, beat again and add to the pan with the melted cheese.
    3. Cook for 2-3 minutes over medium low heat.
    4. Serve in a Glass Container and refrigerate for 8 hours to obtain consistency.

    For the Little Devil

    1. Chop the ham and place it in a Food Processor along with onion, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, paprika, white pepper, salt and process until desired consistency.
    2. Store in a Glass Container preferably.
