Citrus Chicken (Recipe)
- 1 Whole Boneless Chicken
- zest of 2 lemons
- Zest of 1 Orange
- 4 Grated Garlic Cloves
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 Tsp Chile Flakes (Optional)
- Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp Corn Oil
- Combine all the ingredients for the Seasoning and cover the chicken with it.
- Cook on a griddle or pan on both sides until the desired color is obtained and finish in a preheated oven at 400° F / 200° C for 15 minutes.
