Tuscany Beef (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

Marinade

  • Ribeye Beef
  • ⅓ Cup Olive Oil
  • ⅓ Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Rosemary Twig
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garlic Confit

  • 4 Heads of Garlic
  • 1 Cup of Olive Oil
  • 1 Rosemary Twig

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the marinade ingredients to an airtight bag along with the Meat.
  2. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Cook the Meat in a Grill Pan at medium high heat until done to your liking.
  4. For the Garlic Confit, peel and add the Garlic in a Cast Iron Pot with Oil and Romeno.
  5. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes. With the help of a Spoon remove the Garlic.
  6. In a plate crush Garlic, add Oil, Salt, Pepper and the Minced Meat .
