Tuscan Beef (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

Marinated

  • Ribeye Beef
  • ⅓ Cup Olive Oil
  • ⅓ Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Sprig Rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Candied Garlic

  • 4 Heads of Garlic
  • 1 Cup of Olive Oil
  • 1 Sprig Rosemary

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients in a ziplock bag.
  2. Add the meat and marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Cook at medium high temperature until the end of your preference.
  4. Peel the garlic.
  5. Add them in oil with the rosemary and cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
