Carne a la Pimienta (Receta)
INGREDIENTES
Carne New York Strip
4 Cdas Pimienta mixta en grano
Sal al gusto
1 Shallot
2 Ramitas Perejil Fresco
2 Cdas Mantequilla
¼ Taza Coñac
¾ Taza Caldo de Res
½ Taza Crema de Leche
INSTRUCCIONES
En un
Mortero
coloca los granos de Pimienta y muele.
Sazona la Carne con Sal y un poco de la
Pimienta
recién molida.
En un
Sartén de Acero
bien caliente con un poco de Aceite de Oliva cocina la carne por todos sus lados.
Retira la carne y el exceso de grasa del sartén.
Agrega Mantequilla, Shallot picado, el resto de la Pimienta y sofríe.
Desglasa con Coñac, deja que se evapore todo el alcohol.
Incorpora Caldo de Res, Crema de Leche y reduce hasta espesar.
Agrega Perejil picado.
Sirve la salsa sobre la carne y a disfrutar.
