CafeRon (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ oz of rum
  • 1 oz Espresso Coffee
  • ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • Milk Cream
  • Cinnamon Powder
Cinnamon Syrup
  • 2 Cups of Water
  • 3-4 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 ½ Cups Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

For the Syrup

  1. In a Cast Iron Pot add Water and Cinnamon Sticks.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the cinnamon sticks.
  4. Add sugar, stir, and bring to a boil again.
  5. Bring the fridge.

For Serving

  1. Chill the glass, adding ice, stir and remove.
  2. Add Rum, Coffee Espresso, Cinnamon Syrup and mix.
  3. Finish with a layer of whipped Milk Cream and Cinnamon Powder.

TIP: Coffee Espresso and Syrup should preferably be very cold.
