Cachapas (Recipe)
INGREDIENTS
2 Cans or 600gr Corn (without water)
¾ Cup Cream of Milk
2 Eggs
½ Cup Corn Flour
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
Butter (for cooking)
Hand Cheese (Recipe on my YouTube channel Andrescooking)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a
Blender
add Corn, Cream, Eggs, Corn Flour, Sugar and Salt.
Blend in small touches to leave whole corn kernels.
In a
Non-Stick Frying Pan
place Butter.
Add the mixture with a
Ladle
and form a circle.
Cook 10 minutes on each side over low heat.
Filled with Hand Cheese.
