Cachapas (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cans or 600gr Corn (without water)
  • ¾ Cup Cream of Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Cup Corn Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Butter (for cooking)
  • Hand Cheese (Recipe on my YouTube channel Andrescooking)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a Blender add Corn, Cream, Eggs, Corn Flour, Sugar and Salt.
  2. Blend in small touches to leave whole corn kernels.
  3. In a Non-Stick Frying Pan place Butter.
  4. Add the mixture with a Ladle and form a circle.
  5. Cook 10 minutes on each side over low heat.
  6. Filled with Hand Cheese.
