Brownies (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • ¾ Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp Espresso Coffee
  • 1 Tbsp Out
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Melt the Butter and combine with the Cocoa.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add Brown Sugar, White Sugar, Vanilla, Coffee, Salt, Eggs and mix very well with an Electric Hand Mixer.
  3. Add the sifted flour and mix.
  4. Bring to a Mould with Wax Paper and bake at 350°F OR 180°C for 30 minutes.
