Meatballs (Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ Kilo Ground Meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • ½ tsp Peperoncino
  • 75gr Breadcrumbs
  • 300ml Milk
  • 3 Tbsp Ricotta Cheese
  • ½ Cup Parsley
  • ¾ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a Steel Frying Pan with a little Oil, fry the Onion, Garlic, Peperoncino and set aside.
  2. Mix the Breadcrumbs with the Milk and let stand for a few minutes.
  3. In a Bowl add all the ingredients and mix very well with your hands.
  4. Make golf ball-sized balls and place on a Tray.
  5. Bake at 400°F or 200°C for 16-20 minutes.
