Meatballs (Recipe)
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Kilo Ground Meat
1 Onion
4 Garlic Cloves
½ tsp
Peperoncino
75gr Breadcrumbs
300ml Milk
3 Tbsp Ricotta Cheese
½ Cup Parsley
¾ Cup Parmesan Cheese
3 Eggs
Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
In a
Steel Frying Pan
with a little Oil, fry the Onion, Garlic, Peperoncino and set aside.
Mix the Breadcrumbs with the Milk and let stand for a few minutes.
In a
Bowl
add all the ingredients and mix very well with your hands.
Make golf ball-sized balls and place on a
Tray
.
Bake at 400°F or 200°C for 16-20 minutes.
